ARINC in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for a C-130 PDM Program Manager to work with the Aircraft Integration, Modification, and Maintenance (AIMM) Division. You will manage all phases of C130 Periodic Depot Maintenance, to include planning, supply chain, repair and service of aircraft, related components and associated aerospace equipment. In this role you will have the opportunity to represent ARINC as the primary interface with our customer.

Provide direct management and leadership for C-130 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) and associated logistics support programs in a quick response environment.
Daily management of program activities in order to deliver a quality product to the customer while meeting program cost and schedule constraints.
Management of multiple subcontractors and interfacing with the customer.
Schedules in coordination with our program controller staff and the application of earned value analysis when required; program execution coordination with all required functional areas.
Monitor and report on contract performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements including progress on specific activities, ensuring that customer forecast orders have been placed, and historical trends and calculations are tracked for future customer order projections, as required by management and/or contract requirements.
Coordinates with Logistics, Production, and other maintenance activities to improve procedures and resolve problems.
Overall review and coordination with senior management staff for approvals as required.
Proposal development including coordination of the cost and schedule estimates with all applicable functions.
Writing management and past performance sections of proposals.

To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will possess:

Knowledge of the C-130 Aircraft and associated systems and subsystems.
Experience in managing aircraft maintenance in a MRO environment.
Experience managing programs greater than $5M and multi-disciplined teams in an IPT environment.
Solid history in exceeding customer expectations & requirements. Qualifications To be considered for this role you will have ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in Program Management with at least seven (7) years of experience related to aircraft development or modification programs.

Proposal writing and technical interface with respective customers.
Knowledge of engineering design principles, risk management and process improvement methods.
Risk Management.

Earned Value Analysis
Manpower forecasting
Quality system to include either ISO 9001 or AS9100
Performance measurement

Desired Experience:

PMP Certification
Working knowledge of MS Project
Specific experience with C-130 aircraft systems.
Specific knowledge with respect to C-130 aircraft in a FMS environment.
Experience managing aircraft regeneration, structural maintenance, and repair.

Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business or Technical field required. Years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree. PMP Certification preferred.
