Job: Client Specialist

Jobing Description

* Work directly with our clients through inbound and outbound calls to assist them with orders and product knowledge
* Work with medical facilities to obtain required documentation
* Enter client orders and record activities in our software program

Requirements:

* Strong computer and data entry skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills are imperative
* 4 year college degree or related experience
* Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work in a team
