Description
Capital One, a Fortune 500 company is seeking experienced call center representatives to collect on delinquent customers. Ideal candidate must demonstrate personal initiative in an effort to achieve high standards of performance.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound collection calls
- Exhibit effective skip-tracing techniques when applicable
- Provide thorough and accurate documentation to accounts
- Maintain superior quality assurance results
- Servicing accounts by investigating problems and finding resolutions to create a positive customer experience.
- Conducts extensive customer interaction via inbound and outbound calls in both a "dialer" and manual environment.
- Updates account information and complete appropriate documentation.
- Perform account level research
-Overcome objections that customers have about making payments toward their account and help them to understand their account(s) and responsibilities
Ideal candidates must possess strong problem solving and negotiations skills, desire to exceed challenging goals, be self motivated and able to demonstrate personal initiative in a effort to achieve high standards of performance. Must be adaptable to change, flexible and demonstrate persuasive communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a Call Center environment
- 1 year of Collections experience
- 1 year of experience in Insurance total loss accounts
- 1 year experience in Sales
- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing work environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize work and multi-task
- Superior communication skills
- Schedule flexibility
- Ability to manage constructive criticism in a positive manner
