We are looking for a high energy and driven recruiter to focus on hiring for non-exempt call center position for our growing Capital One Auto Finance business line. This full life cycle recruiter will be the on-grounds recruiting contact for the Tulsa site and will be responsible for:

- Managing the candidate experience from sourcing all the way to offer or decline

- Interviewing applicants via phone and assessing their fit for open positions.

- Managing client relationships by working with hiring managers onsite and remotely to understand recruiting needs and how to deliver on those needs in the most efficient and effective manner

- Ensuring high quality and compliant work; including administrative tasks to adhere to the required process, policies and compliance steps (OFCCP), Data entry, Scheduling, onboarding, etc

- Participating in projects that support recruiting imperatives and improving processes

- Accountable for overall recruiting and on-boarding process integrity, quality and budget maintenance.

- Develop and implement cost effective sourcing strategies to deliver recruiting results.

- Leads consensus meetings to determine eligibility for hire

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- 2 years of experience in Client Management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree

- 1-2 Years experience in Recruiting with proven success in sourcing

- Call Center Experience
