Description
The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition organization.
Provides administrative support to recruiters and managers who are responsible for recruiting within the same organization or across multiple organizations. This support includes, but is not limited to, scheduling interviews, background checks, process improvements and tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system. In addition, may be responsible for scheduling candidate travel, scheduling conference calls and other day to day activities for Talent Acquisition.
* Manages requisitions in Taleo with reliability and high quality. Responsible for full cycle in Taleo from posting to close.
* Manages and oversees follow through on recruiting projects.
* Maximizes appropriate time allocation to support recruiter's priorities based on understanding the current and future TA needs.
* Must be able to organize and manage time to meet the needs of the TA organization within all deadlines.
* May prepare agendas, notices, minutes for Talent Acquisition meetings.
* Comfortable interacting with internal clients which may include senior level executives, managers, supervisors and employees at all levels.
* May be responsible tracking referral payouts for the Referral Bonus Program.
* Ability to be very discrete with confidential information.
* Requires continuous use of TA and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of TA operations, organizational procedures, and resources.
* Types memos, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other Talent Acquisition department forms and documents as needed.
* Ability to make sound, independent decisions and use own initiative to accomplish tasks at hand.
* Responds well to pressure, and is resourceful when managing the business of the Talent Acquisition organization.
* Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files when needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
* Ability to manage expectations in a fast paced organization.
* Expert in working in applicant tracking systems.
* Strong skills in developing effective relationships.
* Able to manage high volume workload on a consistent basis.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required,
* Must have the ability to partner with the Talent Acquisition Team and managers at all levels in multiple divisions outside the Talent Acquisition organization.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
* Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications required.
* Strong attention to detail, process..
* Proficient with MS Office.
* Able to take direction from multiple sources.
* Limited travel as needed.
Preferred:
* 4-5+ years in an administrative support role
* Previous Recruiting Coordinator experience a plus.
* Excel expertise preferred.
