Job Title: Supervisor SM
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Overview: Coordinates repair activities between aircraft lines; coordinate repair activities between shifts; perform hanger audits; provide technical support as required; communicate to management any problems and suggested solutions; carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education/
Experience: Must have a current and active FAA A&P or Airframe License with a minimum of 3yrs CRJ or ERJ aircraft experience. Must have experience in aircraft maintenance supervisory role. Should have a bachelor's degree or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
General
Comments: Certain AAR job assignments or facilities may require proof of US Citizenship and the ability to qualify for, and maintain, applicable US Defense Security Service Clearances.
