Job Description
Successful candidate will work with Engineering/Technology in developing and testing new products in down-hole, VSD, controller and systems integration. This will include: Consulting with controls and general engineering groups to define product needs from a field service perspective including functionality and usability in the field. Supporting down-hole sensor, Apollo and integration products with troubleshooting and field support. Documenting and problems with the product during the field test installation. Providing feedback to engineering for design change considerations and corrections. Assisting with the development of manuals, training materials, installation procedures and new product introduction materials as well as initial training of service personnel. Addressing questions from internal customers pertaining to sensor, controls and integration related issues. Developing creative integration solutions and participate in some aspects of managing large projects. BS Degree in Engineering, and/or 10-15 years experience in down-hole, VSD, controller and systems integration. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization. Some domestic/international travel required.
