Candidates will have the opportunity to work and learn in multiple venues within the Dining Department including our Bistro, Assisted Living and Health Care dining rooms and our fine dining restaurant. Successful candidates will have the ability to work various shifts to include but not limited to: evenings, weekends, and holidays.  Training will be provided.

This is a PRN position.  The shift hours: Split shift Monday-Friday 10:30am - 2:00p m and 3:30pm - 8:00pm; Saturday 3:30pm - 8:00pm and Sunday 10:30am - 3:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides a friendly atmosphere in the dining room for all customers and co-workers.

  • Greets residents with enthusiasm, by name and a smile, both in person and by phone.

  • Responds to requests and serves meals timely and following proper procedures.

  • Appropriately follows direction of supervisors to ensure quality team work and smooth delivery of service.

  • Makes sure that work area is prepared on time including properly setting tables and stocking side stations; ensures that bread, juice, drinks, etc. are also ready for the meal session.

  • Completes daily sanitation assignments and cleans throughout the meal service so that all work areas are maintained in a neat, clean & safe manner; uses appropriate protective equipment when cleaning.

  • Accurately follows all departmental procedures relating to call-outs, scheduling and requests, uniforms, personal hygiene, break times, clocking in and out, and all associate handbook policies.

  • Follows established safety procedures, to include fire protection/prevention, food handling techniques, hand washing, etc.

  • Assists other servers as needed with drink refills. Assists other co-workers with their duties in order to provide efficient service.

  • Adheres to Standards of Attendance.

  • Performs other duties, as assigned.


Previous server or wait staff experience preferred but not required.


  • Oklahoma Food Handler’s permit required.
